Key Qualifications:
Valid teaching certification in Special Education for the relevant grade levels Experience designing and implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) Strong classroom management and communication skills Comfort working as part of an interdisciplinary team Ability to adapt instructional strategies to meet diverse learning needs Familiarity with current special education best practices and compliance requirementsPrimary Responsibilities:
Deliver instructional and support services to students with disabilities in a high school setting Develop, write, and maintain IEPs in accordance with state and federal guidelines Collaborate with general education teachers, support staff, and families to foster student success Utilize data-driven approaches to monitor progress and adjust interventions as needed Encourage a safe, inclusive, and positive classroom environment Participate in team meetings, professional development, and school activitiesBenefits and Perks:
