Schedule:

Monday through Friday, 7:45 AM - 3:30 PM Early release on select Wednesdays at 1:15

PM Qualifications:

Current Connecticut Special Education Endorsement At least 2 years of recent, relevant teaching experience Demonstrated success in a classroom environment Strong interpersonal and communication skills Commitment to individualized student support and inclusive education

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement IEPs tailored to each student's needs Adapt curriculum and instruction to promote student achievement Collaborate with families, staff, and specialists to foster student success Create a positive and engaging classroom culture Monitor, assess, and document student progress Employ effective classroom management strategies
