Manage classroom behavior effectively through positive reinforcement strategies and behavior management techniques. Foster a safe, nurturing environment that promotes child welfare, social-emotional growth, and physical well-being. Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and colleagues to support early intervention strategies and address individual student needs. As well as promote school-home connections and family events, and daily messages. Engage in ongoing professional development related to childhood development, special education, and childcare best practices. Mandatory courses completed within timelines given. Requirements Proven experience working with children in educational or childcare settings, including preschool or daycare environments. Strong knowledge of childhood development stages, behavior management techniques, and early intervention strategies. Experience with curriculum development across multiple subjects such as literacy, math, physical education, and special education. Classroom experience demonstrating effective classroom management and lesson planning skills. Ability to communicate clearly with children, parents, and colleagues while fostering positive relationships. Knowledge of early childhood education frameworks. Certification or training in early childhood education or special education is highly desirable. Passion for child welfare, daycare practices, and promoting inclusive learning environments that support diverse needs.
