Key Responsibilities:

Provide push-in and pull-out instructional support to high school students in a resource setting Work closely with general education teachers to support students in their courses Develop, write, and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) Track student progress toward academic and behavioral goals Conduct student assessments and participate in data-driven decision-making Attend and present at IEP meetings, collaborating with colleagues and families Maintain detailed records in compliance with district and state standards

Required Qualifications:

Connecticut Special Education Endorsement (open to candidates with a Durational Shortage Area Permit - DSAP) At least two years of recent experience teaching in special education settings Demonstrated proficiency in IEP development, implementation, and progress monitoring Strong communication and organizational skills

Compensation and Benefits:
