Key Qualifications:
Valid Connecticut teaching certificate, with appropriate endorsement for Special Education. Previous experience working with students with special needs, preferably in a school or district setting. Responsibilities:
Develop and implement individualized educational programs (IEPs) tailored to student strengths and needs. Collaborate with classroom teachers, related service providers, and families for integrated support. Assess student progress and adjust strategies as needed. Champion a positive, inclusive classroom culture that celebrates every learner. Maintain accurate records and comply with district and state guidelines.
