This long-term substitute assignment is a full-time contract position, running from ASAP through November, and offers the chance to work collaboratively in a push-in/resource capacity. Qualifications and Experience:

Valid Special Education Teacher certification required Prior experience in resource or push-in support roles is preferred Familiarity with IEP implementation and progress monitoring Strong ability to collaborate with general education teachers and support staff Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Experience working with upper elementary grades a plus Adaptable and energetic, with a genuine commitment to student growth

Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct, differentiated instruction and resources to 5th grade students in general education classrooms Collaborate with teachers to deliver accommodations and modifications in the push-in/resource setting Monitor student progress and adjust instructional strategies as needed Regularly communicate with families and multidisciplinary teams regarding student development Support positive classroom management and social-emotional learning Document services, maintain compliance, and contribute to IEP meetings as required This is an excellent opportunity to expand your experience while impacting the lives of students in a supportive school community.
