Duties Design and deliver individualized lesson plans aligned with students' IEPs (Individualized Education Programs) to support their unique learning goals Implement instructional modifications and accommodations to facilitate access to the curriculum for students with disabilities Conduct assessments and utilize educational technology tools to monitor student progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly Collaborate closely with speech therapists, behavioral therapists, parents, and other professionals. Maintain detailed documentation of student progress, conduct standardized testing, and prepare reports for parent-teacher conferences Skills Proven experience working with students with disabilities, including autism spectrum disorders and other conditions in a school environment.
