Key Qualifications:
Valid Connecticut Special Education Teacher (CT SPED) license required Experience working with students ages 1116 preferred Strong commitment to individualized education and adaptive teaching practices Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
Core Responsibilities:
Provide specialized instruction to a caseload of approximately 7 students in a private school environment Develop, monitor, and update Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) Apply diverse instructional techniques to accommodate unique learning needs Communicate progress with families and fellow educators Foster a supportive, inclusive classroom culture
