Qualifications:
Valid certification as a Special Education Teacher Experience working with students with diverse learning needs Strong classroom management and organizational skills Proficiency in developing and implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to collaborate effectively with staff, families, and support personnel Commitment to fostering an inclusive, supportive educational experienceKey Responsibilities:
Deliver individualized and group instruction that responds to each student's strengths and needs Develop and adapt lesson plans and instructional materials based on IEPs Monitor student progress, collect data, and collaborate on modifications for continued growth Partner with general education teachers, specialists, and families to ensure integrated support Maintain accurate records and required documentation Create a safe, respectful, and motivating classroom environment for all learners This contract position offers a wonderful chance to inspire achievement while gaining valuable experience in a supportive school community.
