Qualifications:
Valid and active Delaware Special Education Teacher Certification (must be submitted with your application) Experience supporting a diverse caseload of students Strong communication and collaboration skills Ability to adapt to multiple school environments within a district Dedication to meeting individualized education plan (IEP) goals
Responsibilities:
Provide onsite special education support across district schools Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team Foster inclusive classroom environments and advocate for student success Maintain effective documentation and communicate student progress Work full-time, 35 hours per week (30-minute unpaid lunch)
