Qualifications:
Valid DE Special Education Teacher licensure required Experience serving K-12 students preferred Strong ability to individualize instruction and case management Adaptable, team-oriented, and passionate about inclusive education
Responsibilities:
Provide specialized instruction to a caseload of 15 K-12 students Develop and implement IEPs in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams Track and evaluate student progress, adjusting teaching strategies to meet goals Foster a supportive, inclusive learning environment Maintain communication with parents, caregivers, and related service providers
