Qualifications and Experience:

Valid Delaware Special Education Teacher licensure (DE SPED) Experience working within K-12 settings is highly valued Ability to develop and implement IEPs with measurable goals Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills Dedication to fostering a positive, supportive learning environment

Key Responsibilities:

Design and deliver tailored instructional plans that address each students unique needs Monitor academic and behavioral progress, adjusting strategies as necessary Work closely with general education staff, parents, specialists, and administrators Ensure compliance with IDEA, state regulations, and school policies Maintain accurate documentation related to student progress and assessments This role provides a full-time schedule of 37.5 hours per week across a standard Monday-Friday work week.
