Responsibilities:

Deliver engaging, individualized instruction to students with varying learning needs Develop and implement IEPs in collaboration with families and multidisciplinary teams Monitor student progress and adapt instructional strategies as appropriate Foster an inclusive, supportive classroom atmosphere that encourages growth and confidence Communicate consistently with parents, staff, and administrators regarding student progress Maintain compliance with state and federal special education requirements

Desired Qualifications:

Active Delaware Special Education Teacher license (must be presented with resume) Experience working with elementary, middle, or high school learners, or a strong desire to develop in these areas Deep understanding of differentiated instruction and behavioral intervention techniques Ability to work compassionately and collaboratively with students, families, and fellow educators Excellent organizational, documentation, and communication skills Commitment to fostering a positive learning environment for all students

Schedule & Assignment Details:

Full-time, 35 hours per week Choose from elementary, middle, or high school locationslet us know your preference!

Schedules match school hours:
