Job Description

Lead & Assistant Preschool Teachers Ivybrook Academy of Estero is growing and seeking passionate Discovery Teacher (Enrichment Educator) to join our team! At Ivybrook Academy, we blend the best of Montessori and Reggio Emilia-inspired education to create a nurturing, engaging, and innovative learning environment. Essential Functions & Responsibilities Specialized Instruction:
Design and execute innovative daily lesson plans for Art, Music & Movement, and Spanish rooted in the Ivybrook philosophy, Montessori methods, and Reggio Emilia process-art.
Safety & Presence:
Maintain rigorous active supervision standards and ensure the enrichment classroom remains a safe, supervised space during all transitions.
Attendance Standard:
Must meet the 97% attendance requirement to ensure consistency for all classes visiting the Discovery room.
Physical Vitality:
Must be able to lift 35lbs and manage classroom equipment and art supplies. Maintain a neat, clean, and sanitary classroom daily. Competitive hourly pay:

Requirements & Compliance Experience:
Minimum of two years lead teaching experience within the last five years required.
Education:
CDA or Associate's Degree required.
Certification:
Current CPR Certification required.
Compliance:
Employment is contingent upon a successful criminal and sex offender background investigation and a post-offer medical fitness clearance.
Available Positions Part-Time Morning Shift:
Approximately 7:45 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.
Expected hours:
20-25 hours per week
Benefits Performance Bonus:
Eligible for an annual performance bonus; bonuses are discretionary and not guaranteed, as they are contingent upon individual performance, school enrollment, and annual budgeting.
