Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards across subjects such as Math, Literacy, Science, and Social Studies. Utilize innovative educational technology and learning strategies to accommodate various learning styles and special education needs. Manage classroom behavior effectively to create a safe, respectful, and engaging learning environment. Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum development, instructional modifications, and interdisciplinary projects. Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding student progress, behavior, and upcoming assessments through parent-teacher conferences and written reports. Mentor students by living a life inspired by the word of God, and providing guidance in on spiritual, academic challenges, personal development, and extracurricular activities such as sports coaching or library services. Qualifications Proven experience teaching middle school students in diverse classroom settings with a strong understanding of childhood development principles. Strong knowledge of literacy education techniques, creative writing, proofreading skills. Familiarity with educational technology integration, curriculum implementation. Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage students from various cultural backgrounds effectively. Experience working with children in both classroom management and behavior management strategies. Ability to adapt lessons based on individual learning styles while maintaining compliance with educational regulations and standards. $37,800.00 - $55,200.00 per year
