Overview We are seeking a dedicated Teacher to join our team at a charter school. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children, particularly in areas such as special education and behavioral therapy. Duties

• Develop and implement lesson plans that meet the educational needs of students
• Provide instruction in various subjects including literacy education, math, and behavioral health
• Create a positive and inclusive learning environment
• Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues
• Utilize behavioral therapy techniques to support students with diverse needs
• Collaborate with colleagues to support student learning and development
• Conduct assessments to monitor student progress
• Proofread and evaluate student work to provide constructive feedback Qualifications
• Experience working with children in an educational setting
• Knowledge of Individualized Education Programs (IEP) is preferred
• Background in special education or related field is a plus
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of individual students
