Qualifications & Desired Experience:

Valid teaching certification in Deaf Education or endorsement in Deaf/Hard of Hearing Strong understanding of hearing assistive technology and communication methods (such as ASL, cued speech, or oral approaches) Proven experience adapting curriculum and instruction for students with hearing impairments Excellent communication and collaboration skills with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams Ability to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) Previous experience in a school setting preferred, but not required
