Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Lead 3 Year Old Teacher to inspire and nurture young learners during a critical stage of their early childhood development. In this role, you will create a vibrant, engaging classroom environment tailored to the unique needs of three-year-olds, fostering their social, emotional, cognitive, and physical growth. Your leadership will ensure that children receive high-quality early childhood education that promotes curiosity, independence, and a love for learning. As a lead teacher, you will collaborate with families, support classroom staff, and implement developmentally appropriate curricula to set the foundation for lifelong success. Duties Develop and implement dynamic lesson plans aligned with early childhood education standards, including literacy education, math, physical education, and Montessori methods. Create a safe, inclusive classroom environment that encourages exploration and supports children's emotional well-being through effective behavior management strategies. Lead daily classroom activities focused on childhood development milestones such as language acquisition, social skills, fine and gross motor skills, and early intervention techniques. Foster positive relationships with children by providing personalized attention and nurturing their individual interests and needs. Collaborate with families through regular communication about each child's progress, developmental milestones, and any special education or childcare requirements. Maintain accurate records of student progress, conduct assessments using standardized testing where appropriate, and adapt lesson plans accordingly. Supervise classroom staff and volunteers to ensure smooth daily operations while modeling best practices in classroom management and childcare. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, licensing requirements, and quality standards in early childhood education settings. Qualifications Proven experience working with children aged three years old in preschool or daycare environments. Strong background in early childhood education principles including childhood development theories and Montessori methods. Demonstrated expertise in curriculum development across multiple domains such as literacy education, math, physical education, and special education strategies like early intervention. Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, staff, and community partners. Knowledge of behavior management techniques suitable for toddlers to promote positive social interactions. Classroom management skills to organize activities efficiently while maintaining a nurturing environment. Familiarity with standardized testing procedures related to early childhood assessment tools. Ability to plan engaging lessons that incorporate play-based learning and hands-on activities aligned with preschool experience standards. Certification in early childhood education or preschool teaching credentials preferred; additional training in special education or toddler care is a plus. Join us in shaping the future by providing young children with a joyful learning experience that lays the groundwork for their lifelong journey of discovery!
