ONBOARDING & TEAM DEVELOPMENT TEACHER
Plumbing, Cooling & Electrical Nerds is a trusted home services company with a reputation for delivering top-quality service. We believe that behind every great technician is a great support system. As we continue to grow in the Naples, Fort Myers, Cape Coral, and Bonita Springs areas, we are looking for a highly organized, people-oriented professional to lead our onboarding and internal training operations. If you have a passion for guiding others toward success , a knack for organizing complex processes , and the ability to turn a "New Hire" into a "Nerdy Expert," we want to meet you!
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the
Onboarding Journey:
Act as the primary point of contact for new team members, ensuring their transition into the company is seamless, welcoming, and informative.
Curriculum & Training Support:
Help organize and refine our internal training programs, ensuring our "Weekly Coaching" sessions are effective and engaging.
Documentation:
Manage the "behind-the-scenes" essentials—processing new hire paperwork, maintaining employee records, and ensuring compliance with company standards.
Culture Ambassador:
Foster a positive work environment by being a resource for team members' questions regarding benefits, company policies, and career growth.
Process Improvement:
Identify ways to make our internal "Nerdy" systems more efficient and user-friendly.
Requirements:
Qualifications:
The Heart of an
Educator:
Significant experience in teaching, coaching, or administrative leadership where you've helped others learn and grow.
Digital Fluency:
Familiarity with the Google Platform Environment (Docs, Sheets, Drive) is a big plus.
Software Savvy:
Previous experience with ServiceTitan is beneficial but not required—we're happy to train the right "Nerd!"
Exceptional Communication:
The ability to explain complex information (like benefits or company procedures) in a clear, friendly, and professional manner.
High-Level Organization:
You're the type of person who loves a clean spreadsheet and a well-organized file.

Physical Requirements & Working Conditions:
This is primarily an office-based role. It requires the ability to sit or stand for extended periods, operate a computer, and occasionally move light office supplies or training materials (up to 20 lbs).
