The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in early childhood education and a commitment to fostering a nurturing and stimulating environment for young learners. As a Teacher, you will play a crucial role in the development and education of children, focusing on their social, emotional, and cognitive growth. Duties Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of students. Foster a safe and supportive classroom environment that promotes child welfare and encourages positive behavior management. Educate children on various subjects while incorporating hands-on activities to enhance learning experiences. Monitor and assess children's progress in accordance with early childhood development standards. Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding student progress and any concerns. Implement early intervention strategies for children who may require additional support. Utilize Montessori methods or similar approaches to encourage independent learning and exploration. Collaborate with other educators to create an integrated curriculum that supports childhood development. Requirements A degree in Secondary Education, Elementary Education, Early Childhood Education or a related field is preferred. Experience working with children in an educational setting is essential. Strong understanding of child welfare, toddler care, and behavior management techniques. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with children, parents, and staff. Knowledge of early intervention practices to support children's individual needs. Familiarity with Montessori principles is a plus but not mandatory. A passion for educating young minds and contributing positively to their development.
