Conduct ongoing assessment of student performance data to inform instruction and identify areas requiring additional support or intervention. Adapt curriculum implementation strategies to accommodate students with disabilities and those requiring special education services. Manage classroom behavior through positive behavior management techniques, fostering a safe and respectful environment conducive to learning. Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum development, instructional strategies, and classroom management practices to enhance overall teaching effectiveness. Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress, behavior, and ways to support learning at home. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field; valid teaching certification required for higher pay rate. Experience working with children in elementary school settings, including classroom teaching experience. Strong understanding of childhood development principles and educational compliance regulations. Proficiency in using LMS platforms, learning technology tools, and data analysis for student performance monitoring. Knowledge of special education practices, instructional modifications, and behavior management strategies. Ability to adapt lessons for diverse cultural backgrounds and varied learning styles. Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with colleagues, parents, and students. Prior experience in literacy education, math instruction, tutoring, or working with students with disabilities is highly desirable.
