Special Needs Companion Caregiver Hands 2 Hands Support Services is a compassionate and dedicated support services agency with a passion for helping adults with disabilities live meaningful, active, and fulfilling lives . We are looking for a reliable, compassionate, and patient Special Needs Companion Caregiver to join our team and provide one-on-one support to an adult with autism.

Candidate must be comfortable transporting the client in their own personal vehicle What You'll Do As a Companion Caregiver, you will help support our client throughout their day while encouraging independence, confidence, and community involvement.

Responsibilities may include:

Providing companionship and positive social interaction Supporting the client with daily activities and routines Accompanying the client to community activities, appointments, errands, and outings Safely transporting the client in your personal vehicle Encouraging independence and participation in the community Providing supervision and support as needed Helping create a safe, respectful, and enjoyable environment Following individualized support and care instructions Communicating professionally with the client, family, and Hands 2 Hands Support Services team What We're Looking For The right person will be someone who genuinely enjoys helping others and understands the importance of treating every individual with dignity and respect.

Requirements:
