Skills Proven classroom experience with middle school-aged children in diverse educational settings. Strong knowledge of curriculum development, instructional design, and lesson planning across core subjects including literacy education. Familiarity with LMS platforms and integrating learning technology into daily instruction. Experience working with individuals with disabilities or special education needs; adept at behavior management strategies. Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with students, parents, colleagues, and administrators. Ability to implement conflict management techniques within the classroom environment. Skilled in classroom management techniques that promote positive behavior and student engagement.
