As a dedicated educator, you will collaborate with colleagues to implement innovative instructional strategies and support diverse student needs in a supportive classroom environment. Duties Develop and deliver comprehensive lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards across subjects such as literacy education. Utilize learning management systems (LMS) and other learning technology tools to enhance instructional delivery and track student progress. Implement classroom management techniques to create a positive, inclusive atmosphere conducive to learning and behavior management. Adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of students with disabilities or special education requirements, ensuring equitable access to education. Engage in instructional design and curriculum development to continuously improve lesson effectiveness and student engagement. Provide academic advising and tutoring to support individual student growth and address learning gaps. Foster strong communication with parents and guardians regarding student progress, behavior management strategies, and developmental milestones. Incorporate library services and resources into lessons to promote literacy skills and a love for reading among students. Manage classroom activities efficiently while maintaining safety protocols for early childhood or preschool settings. Participate in ongoing professional development related to professional growth, writing skills enhancement, or other specialized teaching techniques. Skills Proven classroom experience with middle school-aged children in diverse educational settings. Strong knowledge of curriculum development, instructional design, and lesson planning across core subjects including literacy education. Familiarity with LMS platforms and integrating learning technology into daily instruction. Experience working with individuals with disabilities or special education needs; adept at behavior management strategies. Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with students, parents, colleagues, and administrators. Ability to implement conflict management techniques within the classroom environment. Skilled in classroom management techniques that promote positive behavior and student engagement.
