One year olds are curious about everything . They're taking first steps, finding new words, making friends, and discovering what they can do. We're looking for a caring, energetic teacher who loves being part of those moments. What You'll Do Build warm, trusting relationships with children and families. Guide one year olds through play, music, stories, sensory activities, and everyday discoveries. Support early language, social skills, independence, and developmental milestones. Provide attentive care throughout the day, including meals, diapering, and rest time. Keep the classroom clean, organized, safe, and welcoming. Share meaningful updates with families about their child's day and progress. Collaborate with your team and follow all supervision, ratio, health, and safety requirements. What We're Looking For At least 1 year of childcare experience is required. English is required. A dependable, patient, positive teacher who genuinely enjoys working with toddlers. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Ability to lift and carry children as needed throughout the day. Infant/Child CPR and First Aid certification, or willingness to obtain it. Florida DCF 45-Hour Child Care Training is preferred. Candidates currently completing their training are encouraged to apply. A CDA credential is a plus, but not required. Why Join Us?
