We are a play based, child led clinic, where the family is at the heart of our interventions. We are expanding and are looking for Infant Toddler Development Specialist to provide quality therapy to our families. Toucan Talk Pediatric Therapy is seeking applicants that are either holding the certificate or can be credentialed to become ITDS to serve children 0-3 year old with developmental delays in their natural environment (home, school, daycare). We are hiring part-time and full-time Early Intervention Specialists, ITDS (ideally hold current Infant Toddler Developmental Specialist certification). working in the child's Natural Environment services allow Flexible hours as you make your own schedule.
Clinician responsibilities include:
Performing child led intervention through parent coach model to achieve outcomes on the IFSP, Assessments, Plans of care and daily notes, caregiver coaching and team participation. Bi-lingual (Spanish) is a plus, but not required. Only serious and qualified candidates need apply. Previous pediatric experience is highly recommended.

$35.00 - $40.00 per hour

We would ideally like people already holding the ITDS certificate. You must have a bachelors in the following preferred fields (Social Work, Psychology, Early Childhood education or Speech and Language Pathology) and have at least one year of hands-on professional experience with children 0-5 years old after graduation. We can also credential individuals with any other bachelor's Degree that possess at least 5 years of hands-on professional experience with children 0-5 years old after graduation. We will credential the qualifying applicants to become an ITDS and start working with children 0-3 years old and their families. This is a 1099 position and applicant can chose to work part-time or full-time.
