Qualifications:
Valid teaching certification in Special Education (state credentials for FL or ability to obtain) Bachelors degree or higher in Special Education or related field Previous experience working with students with disabilities strongly preferred Solid communication, adaptability, and organizational skills
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to student needs Foster inclusive, supportive classrooms Collaborate with other teachers, specialists, and families Use data-driven instruction to measure and support student growth Maintain accurate documentation and reporting
