Job Description

ESE Teacher (Special Education Toddler Teacher) (Ages 18 Months - 2 Years Old)

SHIFT:

MONDAY-FRIDAY, 8AM - 4PM

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Special Education Teacher to support children ages 18 months to 2 years with developmental disabilities. The ideal candidate is dedicated to creating engaging, individualized learning experiences and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to help each child thrive.

Responsibilities:

Provide individualized and small-group instruction tailored to students with developmental disabilities Implement evidence-based teaching strategies and adapt curriculum as needed Support students using a variety of AAC (Augmentative and Alternative Communication) tools and methods Collect and track student data to monitor progress and adjust instruction Collaborate with families, therapists, and other educators to ensure cohesive support plans Create a safe, positive, and inclusive learning environment

Qualifications:

High school Diploma and/OR Bachelor's or Associate's degree (Education, Special Education, Psychology, or related field preferred) Experience with AAC systems and supports preferred Prior teaching or instructional experience required (school, clinical, or therapeutic setting acceptable) Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills Patience, empathy, and a passion for working with children with diverse learning needs Would be a good fit for
