As a key member of our educational community, you will collaborate with families and staff to support each child's unique growth journey, ensuring a positive and enriching preschool experience. Responsibilities Design and implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans aligned with early childhood education standards and curriculum. Create a warm, safe, and inclusive classroom environment that encourages exploration, creativity, and social interaction among children Lead daily classroom activities that promote literacy education, math skills, physical development, and emotional well-being Manage classroom behavior using positive reinforcement strategies and effective behavior management techniques Communicate regularly with parents and guardians about children's progress, milestones, and any concerns to foster strong home-school partnerships Supervise and mentor assistant teachers or teaching aides to ensure consistent instructional quality and classroom organization Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum development, classroom setup, and school-wide events to enhance the learning environment Requirements Proven experience working with children in early childhood settings such as preschool or daycare environments Demonstrated knowledge of childhood development principles, including special education needs and early intervention strategies Strong classroom management skills combined with effective communication abilities for engaging young learners and their families Familiarity with curriculum development methods Ability to plan engaging lessons that incorporate physical education, math concepts, and social-emotional learning Passion for early childhood education with a commitment to fostering a nurturing environment that supports each child's growth Join us in making a meaningful difference during those crucial early years!
