Qualifications:
Current Georgia PSC certification with the appropriate Vision Impairment/TVI endorsement Experience designing and delivering individualized instruction for students with visual impairments preferred Familiarity with assistive technology and accessible curriculum strategies Strong communication and teamwork skills
Responsibilities:
Deliver specialized, individualized instruction based on IEP goals for the student Maintain regular communication and consultation with classroom teachers concerning accessibility and accommodations Monitor and report student progress Support compliance with IEP services and legal requirements
