What Youll Need To Succeed:

An active Georgia Special Education License with Adaptive Curriculum certification or endorsement (required) Experience teaching in a classroom for students with Autism (preferred) Proven ability to design and implement individualized lesson plans based on adaptive curriculums Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach with multidisciplinary teams and families Compassion, patience, and adaptability in meeting students at their individual levels
