What youll need to bring:

A current Georgia Professional Standards Commission (GaPSC) certification in Special Education or equivalent; must provide certification verification with your application Demonstrated experience within school-based special education settings Effective communication and collaboration abilities for partnering with general education staff and families Proven classroom management and documentation skills Reliable transportation for consistent onsite presence Availability for full-time, onsite work, Monday through Friday Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a caseload of 1518 students

Role Overview:

Deliver individualized, specialized instruction to students in alignment with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) Collaborate with general education teachers to create inclusive learning environments Support and monitor IEP implementation and progress reporting Maintain accurate and timely documentation and case management records Foster a positive, supportive classroom atmosphere with effective behavior management Participate in team meetings, IEP meetings, and professional development as needed
