Responsibilities:

Provide instruction and support for a dedicated caseload of elementary students with diverse learning needs Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each students strengths and goals Collaborate with general education teachers, paraprofessionals, and related service providers to ensure student success Conduct assessments, maintain records, and regularly communicate progress to families and school teams Foster an inclusive and encouraging atmosphere that celebrates each childs unique contributions This full-time contract begins August 7, 2026, and concludes May 25, 2027. You will work 35 hours per week, Monday through Friday, making a measurable impact on a dynamic group of students.
