Ensure compliance with mandated reporting laws and maintain accurate documentation related to child welfare and development. Maintain a safe classroom environment by adhering to health and safety standards, including first aid and CPR certifications. Qualifications Proven experience working with children in early childhood settings, specifically with infants or toddlers. Strong knowledge of child development principles, childhood development milestones, and preschool teaching methods. Experience developing curriculum that includes literacy education, math concepts, physical education, and social-emotional skills. Familiarity with special education practices and early intervention strategies is preferred. Excellent communication skills for effective parent communication and team collaboration. Classroom management expertise to create structured yet flexible learning environments. Certification in first aid and CPR is required; ongoing training in mandated reporting laws is essential.
