Key Qualifications:

Bachelors or Masters degree in Special Education required Valid Illinois teaching license with LBS1 endorsement Previous experience in school settings is a plus, though not mandatory Passion for supporting students with significant needs Strong communication and teamwork skills

Responsibilities:

Deliver individualized instruction tailored to students academic, social, and functional goals Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs) Collaborate with other educators, therapists, and support staff to support each students comprehensive needs Adapt curriculum and teaching strategies to ensure accessibility for all students Maintain thorough documentation of student progress and communicate regularly with families Participate in staff meetings, professional development, and school activities as an engaged team member Enjoy working onsite in a supportive, mission-driven environment where your expertise will be valued.
