Key Qualifications:
Bachelors or Masters degree in Special Education or related field Valid teaching certification in special education (or eligibility for Georgia certification) Previous special education teaching experience preferred Strong communication, adaptability, and organizational skills Ability to create inclusive and engaging lesson plans Passion for supporting students with varying needs
Primary Responsibilities:
Deliver individualized instruction and support to students with special needs Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) Collaborate with general education teachers, aides, and families to drive student success Monitor and report on student progress, making data-driven adjustments as needed Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom environment
