Job Description

Category Schools - Special Education Teacher Job Type Contract We are seeking a full-time Special Education Teacher to support students with diverse learning needs in the Ringgold, Georgia area for the current school year. The ideal candidate will provide individualized instruction and collaborate with school teams to support student academic and behavioral success.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement IEPs based on student needs Provide direct specialized instruction in academic and functional skills Collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff Monitor student progress and maintain documentation Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team planning

Qualifications:

Active Georgia Special Education Certification required Bachelor's Degree or higher in Special Education or related field Strong communication and collaboration skills School-based experience preferred
