Key Qualifications:

Certification and/or state licensure as a Teacher for the Deaf/Hard of Hearing or Deaf/Hard of Hearing Specialist Experience working with high school-aged students preferred Strong skills in virtual instruction and digital learning platforms Comfort with collaborative communication, partnering with families and school staff Deep understanding of advocacy, accommodations, and educational strategies for students who are deaf or hard of hearing Ability to independently develop and implement tailored support plans
