Duties Design and implement customized lesson plans aligned with student educational needs and goals, including subjects such as mathematics, science, English language arts. Adapt teaching strategies to accommodate her learning style and special education requirements. Provide tutoring sessions in specific subjects such as science, mathematics, English language arts in person. Manage classroom environment effectively, demonstrating strong classroom management skills and maintaining a positive atmosphere conducive to learning. Assess student progress regularly through formative and summative evaluations; adjust instructional approaches accordingly. Communicate clearly with family about progress, challenges, and next steps. Experience Proven experience in teaching or tutoring students across different age groups. Strong background in curriculum development with the ability to create engaging lesson plans tailored to individual needs. Experience working with children and understanding of childcare principles; familiarity with classroom management techniques is essential. Knowledge of instructional adaptability methods to support students with special education needs or diverse learning styles. Prior experience teaching math, science, or English language arts. Excellent communication skills combined with the ability to work effectively with students from various cultural backgrounds.
