Key Qualifications:
Current teaching certification in Special Education Experience working with students with diverse learning needs Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) Adaptability and a positive attitude toward supporting student achievement
Primary Responsibilities:
Develop and execute individualized lesson plans aligned with IEPs Create an inclusive, supportive classroom environment Collaborate regularly with general education teachers, parents, and support staff Monitor student progress and adjust instruction as needed Maintain accurate and timely documentation of student performance and IEP goals Contribute innovative strategies to engage students both academically and socially
