Your expertise will help shape confident, curious learners prepared for future success. Duties Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards across subjects such as literacy education, math, physical education, and early childhood education. Utilize learning technology and innovative teaching methods to enhance student engagement and understanding. Manage classroom behavior effectively through positive behavior management strategies, ensuring a safe and inclusive environment for all students. Conduct assessments, including standardized testing and formative evaluations, to monitor student progress and tailor instruction accordingly. Provide individualized support through tutoring, early intervention strategies, and mentoring to meet diverse learning needs, including children with autism or special education requirements. Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum development, lesson planning, and school-wide initiatives to promote best practices in childhood development and education administration. Maintain detailed records of student performance, attendance, and behavioral incidents while ensuring clear communication with parents and guardians about student progress. Experience Proven classroom experience working with students across various age groups, particularly in K-5 or private school settings. Strong background in curriculum development, lesson planning, literacy education, math instruction, and classroom management techniques. Experience working with children with special needs or those requiring early intervention services. Familiarity with teaching physical education, library services, tutoring strategies, and the use of learning technology tools. Knowledge of behavior management practices and working with children on the autism spectrum or with other developmental challenges. Excellent communication skills for collaborating with parents, staff, and community partners to support student success.
