: See stipend agreement Teachers will work with students and guardians wherein the student is part of a remote learning program. Duties include but are not limited to the following: Teachers will assist students and guardians to select curriculum that aligns with Idaho State Learning Standards. Teachers will ensure a plan is in place for students to be provided with a quality educational experience. Teachers will regularly assess student learning and progress towards achieving proficiency on state standards using provided outlines and checklists. Teachers will provide regular office hours for student support. Teachers will evaluate student engagement and attendance equivalency. Teachers will communicate regularly with school administration to address student and program concerns. Teachers will provide success coaching to students and encourage successful outcomes for the student learning. Teachers will acquire and maintain the necessary training for online learning platforms. Teachers will maintain accurate student records. Teachers will provide regular progress reports and submit end of course grades as directed.
