Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Full Time Flex Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and be flexible in adapting to various classroom environments. This role involves working with children of different age groups, including toddlers and preschoolers, and providing support in their academic and personal development. The Full Time Flex Teacher will be responsible for creating engaging lesson plans, managing classroom behavior, and fostering a nurturing learning environment. Duties Develop and implement curriculum tailored to the needs of diverse learners. Create lesson plans that promote literacy education, math skills, and physical education. Provide individualized support for students with special needs through early intervention strategies. Manage classroom behavior effectively to maintain a positive learning atmosphere. Engage in regular communication with parents regarding student progress and welfare. Foster an inclusive environment that supports childhood development and child welfare. Collaborate with fellow educators to enhance teaching practices and share resources. Maintain a safe and organized classroom environment conducive to learning. Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with educational best practices. Drive a 15 passenger van for afterschool pick ups and field trips. Skills Experience working with children in various settings, including daycare, private schools, or Montessori environments. Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices. Familiarity with behavior management techniques and classroom management strategies. Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with students, parents, and colleagues. Ability to provide tutoring support in subjects such as literacy, math, and physical education. Understanding of childhood development stages and the ability to adapt teaching methods accordingly. A passion for nurturing children's growth and fostering a love for learning.
