This contract opportunity, located near Arlington Heights, IL, seeks an Early Childhood Special Education Supervisor/Coordinator. In this role, you will guide dedicated educators, facilitate early intervention processes, and partner with families to create supportive school environments.

Ideal candidates possess:

A valid Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with administrative endorsements Certification as a Special Education Teacher in Illinois Bachelor's or master's degree in early childhood education or child development A minimum of 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in early childhood classrooms or program settings Strong familiarity with both the Illinois Early Learning Standards and ISBE guidelines Proven ability to facilitate early intervention meetings and processes Solid leadership and staff training capabilities Professional communication skills for effective collaboration with colleagues and parents Key responsibilities include: Overseeing early childhood special education programs and compliance with state requirements Facilitating collaboration among educators, therapists, and families to support student progress Coordinating and leading meetings for early intervention and individualized plans Providing staff training and mentorship for ongoing professional growth Communicating regularly with families to ensure student needs are met and progress is shared Expect a professional environment where your experience guiding young learners and supporting educators is highly valued.
