What We're Looking For:

Valid and current LBS1 certification (required) Prior experience working with primary grade students (K-2) highly preferred Background in supporting students with developmental disabilities, autism, and ADHD Strong ability to develop and implement IEPs tailored to individual student needs Excellent communication and collaboration skills with colleagues and families Contract position, not open to assistant-level providers

Your Core Responsibilities:

Serve students in grades K-2 with a caseload of approximately 7-8 Provide instruction and support tailored to students identified with DD, Autism, and ADHD Collaborate with classroom teachers, support staff, and families to foster student growth Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans in compliance with school and state requirements Maintain accurate records and participate in IEP meetings as needed Work at a single school site, ensuring consistent relationships and stability for students

Role Details:
