Key Qualifications:

Current Special Education Teacher license or certification relevant to K-8 students Experience developing and implementing IEPs and differentiated instruction Strong communication skills for collaborating with students, families, and staff Ability to foster an inclusive, positive classroom environment Adaptability and organizational skills for managing a varied caseload

Role Responsibilities:

Provide specialized instruction and support to K-8 students per their IEPs Collaborate with general education teachers and support staff to modify curriculum as needed Maintain comprehensive documentation of student progress and communication Engage families in the educational process, offering resources and updates Participate in staff meetings, professional development, and IEP meetings throughout the school year
