9672453-60104 Job Description Step into a meaningful leadership role supporting early childhood special education as a Case Manager and Instructional Coach serving students ages PreK through 22. This full-time contract opportunity offers a chance to make a significant impact on the lives of young learners with disabilities, working collaboratively with educators and administrators dedicated to inclusive, high-quality instruction. In this position, you will serve as both the instructional leader and compliance facilitator for special education programming. Key responsibilities include coaching special education staff, coordinating high-quality instructional practices, and ensuring compliance with all federal and state requirements. Youll facilitate Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings, offering expertise and guidance that supports both staff and student success. By partnering with school administrators, general education coaches, and the Director of Special Education, you will play a vital role in strengthening the continuum of services available to students with disabilities.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

Masters Degree required Valid Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with special education endorsement eligible to serve PreKage 22 At least three years of experience in special education, with a background in early childhood preferred Extensive knowledge of federal and state compliance standards Demonstrated ability to coach and mentor special education staff Strong collaborative and communication skills
