Job Description

You will join a collaborative group of professionals dedicated to nurturing student success and providing a supportive and inclusive educational experience.
Qualifications:
Valid teaching certification in Special Education Experience working with students in special education settings Knowledge of IEP development and implementation Strong communication and collaboration skills Ability to adapt lessons and instructional strategies to meet varying student needs Organizational skills and attention to detail
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in accordance with state and federal regulations Deliver engaging instructional activities tailored to each students abilities Collaborate with general education teachers, support staff, and families to ensure cohesive educational strategies Monitor and document student progress, making data-driven adjustments as necessary Foster a positive, inclusive, and safe classroom environment Provide direct instruction, interventions, and appropriate accommodations for students with learning differences Participate in staff meetings, professional development, and team planning sessions as required You will have the opportunity to make a significant impact in the lives of students and help build a positive school culture.
