Preferred Qualifications & Experience:

Current LBS1 licensure or past experience holding a Professional Educator License (PEL) with LBS1 endorsement Direct classroom experience in special education, preferably with elementary-aged children Understanding of IEP development, implementation, and progress monitoring Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills Commitment to supporting students with diverse learning abilities and needs
