Pay:

$55/hour Assignment Details This is an in-person Resource Special Education Teacher position serving Kindergarten through 8th Grade students . The ideal candidate will be passionate about helping students with diverse learning needs achieve academic success while providing individualized instruction, implementing IEPs, and collaborating with educators and families. Responsibilities

+ Provide specialized instruction and academic support in a resource setting

+ Develop, implement, and monitor IEP goals, accommodations, and modifications

+ Collaborate with general education teachers, related service providers, and families

+ Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation

+ Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions

+ Support students in developing academic, social, and functional skills

+ Foster an inclusive and positive learning environment that promotes student growth and independence What You'll Need to Apply

+ Updated Resume

+ Illinois Professional Educator License ( PEL ) with LBS1 Endorsement or appropriate Special Education certification

+ Previous school-based Special Education experience preferred

+ Experience developing and implementing IEPs
