Located near Chicago, this full-time position runs Monday through Friday from 8:45 AM to 3:45 PM, with lunch and planning periods included, totaling 37.5 hours per week. You'll be making an immediate impact by starting as soon as possible. You'll work with a projected caseload of 20-30 students (with trends indicating numbers may decrease over the year), all of whom have mild to moderate learning disabilities or autism spectrum disorder. The school offers flexibility, supporting either a co-teaching or self-contained classroom model, depending on your preference. Qualifications & Desired Experience:

LBS1 certification to cover grades 9-12 is required Proven ability to write and manage IEPs Experience working with students with learning disabilities and ASD (mild to moderate) High school teaching background and bilingual skills are preferred, though not required Adaptability and collaboration skills, whether co-teaching or managing your own classroom
